The VIP-802-D3 series "MegaView"™ 2 Port Triple-Head DVI Video Monitor Switch allows three DVI video monitors to be switched between two PCs or Servers. It is the ideal solution for multi-head DVI monitor applications requiring access to two computers.

The VIP-802-D3 series 2 Port DVI Triple-Head Video Monitor Switch is compact in design, easy to install and operate, and is ideally suited for desktop use. For applications requiring rack mounting, an optional 2U height rack mount tray is available (see Accessories). The VIP-802-D3 series is also available as a Single-Head DVI KVM Switch - see above.

Standard DVI-D Male-Male video cables are used to connect to the DVI video ports of PCs. Using standard cables eliminates the need to replace an entire multi-port cable if one connection is damaged or fails, thereby reducing the overall cost of maintenance. You may use your cables, or ours (see Accessories ). The captive cables that are part of the DVI monitor are used to connect it to the MegaView.

Dimensions for the VIP-802-D3 and VIP-802-D3-DE DVI Video Monitor Switch are 3.38 in H x 6.06 in W x 6.32 in D (8.59 cm x 15.39 cm x 16.05 cm). The housings are molded of black GE Cycolac-T, a high impact ABS material, and is internally shielded with an acrylic base nickel coating for RFI attenuation. Front and rear panels are fabricated from .062 in thick aluminium and finished with low gloss paint. All VIP-802-D3 Triple-Head DVI Video Monitor switch models are powered from the included power supply. FCC and CE marked. Shipping weight is less than 3 lbs per unit.
